Shipping & Returns Policy
If an item needs to be expedited, select the best shipping option at check out for prompt delivery. If you wish to change your shipping option, please email us at hello@philin.co as soon as possible so we can best handle the delivery of the items. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.
Delivery times may vary by distance and carrier. When shipping the USA, delivery times are about 2-6 business days. Philin ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Philin ships internationally. Delivery times may vary by distance and carrier. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Philin is not responsible for any additional international import duties and taxes charged to the customer by their country.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note, all items are not eligible for returns, refund, exchange or store credit. Some exceptions will be made for items that are deemed damaged, but will need to be returned in the same condition received, unused, and with the original packaging and tags still attached. Philin reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense. All merchandise is sold as is.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of original purchase. Cancellation requests should be directed to hello@philin.co. Once your order has been issued to our Fulfillment Center, we will be unable to cancel.
